Australia’s leading event for food and beverage manufacturing is here. FoodTech Qld 2025 kicks off this Thursday, June 19 at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, bringing together the brightest minds and leading innovations changing the future of food production.
Running over two days, this year’s conference program features world-class speakers, forward-thinking tech, and the latest in packaging, processing, food safety and sustainability, delivered through keynote sessions, expert panels, and practical presentations.

Featuring Sioban Coster (Eclipse Ingredients) and Philippe Ceulen (Mandalay Venture Partners), this panel unpacks how startups and venture firms are driving Australia’s food tech revolution.
